We actively asset manage our landholdings and built commercial space to deliver further value from the portfolio. Asset management also includes repurposing our built space, where appropriate, re-gearing leases in order to grow our income and managing our Business Space and Natural Resources sites to ensure overheads are minimised and tenants are satisfied.

Our in-house income generation team – Business Space and Natural Resources – are key to managing our income producing portfolio including business parks, directly developed commercial units and low-carbon generation schemes.

We work with a number of carefully selected industry partners, including land and property agents, to assist sourcing suitable opportunities, in addition to negotiating the best deals for the business.
