Working with local authorities and other stakeholders, we create a strategic vision for our sites that addresses local needs for housing or employment space in an area.
We use masterplans to create this vision and to set the guiding principles to define how an area should develop over time. We draw on multidisciplinary teams of experts including planners, architects, urban designers, ecologists and engineers to create high quality places where people want to live and work, that are also practical and deliverable.

We consider stakeholder and community engagement an essential part of our masterplans, as it is essential that each plan creates a sense of identity and promotes the long-term sustainability of an area.
Through a series of workshops and public consultation events, we actively encourage participation from local authority and parish councils, Highways England, adjacent landowners, rights groups and residents to help shape our vision and masterplan prior to the submission of any planning application.
