AS PART OF THE STRATEGY TO GROW OUR BUSINESS, WE HAVE MADE A NUMBER OF SITE PURCHASES OVER THE PAST TWO YEARS TO REPLENISH OUR ASSET BASE AND TO FURTHER REGENERATE THE AREAS WE WORK.
In 2015, we made six acquisitions across the UK totalling over £20m, a number of which are mentioned as case studies. We also recently purchased 50% of Aire Valley Land LLP, the company that is developing Gateway45 – Leeds’ largest live commercial development with consent for 2.64m sq. ft of commercial space.
All of the case studies shown reflect the sort of sites that we have an appetite for, our reputation for being straightforward in negotiation and in acting quickly to bring forward the redevelopment of sites of scale, whether for residential, commercial or mixed-uses.
