We began the construction of Helix, a 75,000 sq. ft speculative unit for manufacturing or logistics uses, in March 2016 – the latest phase of development at our Gateway 36 development.
Its construction has followed the success of the remainder of Phase 1 at the site and is expected to practically completed in September 2016. As for other Harworth direct development, the unit benefits from a modern specification, including dock levellers, connections to all mains services, modern offices with WC facilities and being constructed to BREEAM ‘very good’ standards.
New commercial stock of under 100,000 sq. ft remains at a premium in South Yorkshire and we anticipate strong interest in the unit towards the end of its construction.
