During 2016, we constructed ‘Helix’, a 75,277 sq. ft speculative unit for manufacturing or logistics uses, at our Gateway 36 site in South Yorkshire.
This followed the development of our “R-Evolution @ Gateway 36” scheme with both schemes now fully let and occupied.
As with other Harworth direct developments, the unit benefits from a modern specification, including dock levellers, connections to all mains services, modern offices with WC facilities and was constructed to BREEAM ‘very good’ standards.
Helix is leased to Motor Depot – a leading supermarket for used cars – following a recent expansion in to the South Yorkshire area.
