Gateway 36 is a new, high quality mixed-use development adjacent to Junction 36 of the M1 with direct frontage onto the Dearne Valley Parkway.

The overall Gateway 36 development comprises a total of 127 acres in three phases, which will be developed to provide a range of employment and ancillary uses in units of up to 250,000 sq.ft.

65,323 sq.ft of employment space, branded “R-evolution @ Gateway 36”, was developed during 2015-2016 and subsequently let to Barnsley MBC. These three units have since been sub-let to Esco GB, Talurit and The Environment Agency.

We have recently completed the speculative construction of a new high-quality 75,277 sq.ft industrial and logistics unit, branded “Helix”, which was let to Motor Depot in early 2018.
