Land For Energy Uses

Our portfolio of previously developed land with an industrial legacy means many of our sites either have or are within close proximity to a point of connection to the grid - meaning we have a number of sites which may be suitable for energy generation or storage uses.

Our small in-house team is experienced in the successful delivery of solar, wind, AD, gas, STOR and battery schemes on our land, working closely with developers either as a Landlord or JV partner. Our good working relationships with Northern Powergrid and Western Power Distribution combined with our own knowledge of the local grid infrastructure at our sites, means that we are able to efficiently identify possibilities.  Please contact us via this link to get in touch.
