Stuart is the Head of Planning in the Strategic Land team at Harworth. He joined in August 2008, and prior to this, he was Planning Director at Bellway Homes and has also worked for a privately owned developer. Stuart, a Chartered Planner, has a wide experience of managing multi-disciplinary development teams that have been set up to deliver major residential and commercial projects.
