A19 Business Park

Overview

The A19 Business Park is one of the largest mixed-use estates in North Yorkshire, compromising around 62,000 sq ft of office and warehouse accommodation over a total space of 104 acres.

The A19 Business Park is built on the former Riccall colliery that was part of the Selby coal mine which ceased operations in 2004. The site has since been transformed, by active asset management, into a multi-let industrial estate providing additional employment opportunities to the region.

This established estate is strategically located and benefits from superb access to the A19, A64 and the North Yorkshire region. It comprises high quality office and industrial accommodation, which range in size from approximately 110 sq ft up to circa 13,000 sq ft, all set in an actively managed and secure environment.
