We own and manage a portfolio of approximately 14,000 acres of land on around 100 sites. Our core markets for residential and commercial development are well suited in these regions where there is strong demand for affordable new homes and quality commercial space as part of the regeneration and growth of the UK.
Each of our sites are managed by their own team of sector specialists and are strategically transformed in to commercial development, residential development or actively managed to deliver an income to the business.

We have an excellent track record in bringing forward engineered land parcels ready for residential development, reflected by our strong working relationships with both National and Regional housebuilders.
Investment Portfolio
Our track record of generating income for the business is highlighted by our strong portfolio of business parks, low-carbon energy schemes and directly developed commercial units that we have built ourselves for long-term lease on our sites.
