Approximately 13,000 acres of land on around 100 sites

Portfolio

Overview

We own and manage a portfolio of approximately 13,000 acres of land on around 100 sites located throughout the North of England and the Midlands. Our core markets for residential and commercial development are well suited in these regions where there is strong demand for affordable new homes and quality commercial space as part of the regeneration and growth of the UK.

Each of our sites are managed by their own regional team as shown in the map opposite and are strategically transformed in to commercial development, residential development or actively managed to deliver an income to the business.
