Our people are every bit as important as our land and are central to our success. We have a highly experienced team of property professionals including surveyors, planners, engineers and project managers, as well as finance, legal, communications and support staff.

With our ambitious growth strategy to be a £1bn business (EPRA NDV) by 2027, we now employ over 100 people across our four offices at Rotherham (Head Office), Leeds, Birmingham and Manchester, each supporting our core regions across the North of England and the Midlands .

Our Teams

Our teams comprises experts in transactions, planning, land remediation, engineering and development, supported by central functions and a highly experienced senior management team:

Our three regional development teams (Yorkshire & Central, Midlands and North West) bring further local knowledge, expertise and relationships and focus on maximising value by developing the land and property across our portfolio. This includes acquisitions, planning and development, value engineering and proactive asset management, thereby bringing sites to market.

To further help maximise value across our development and income producing sites, we have a number of specialist teams including Finance, Legal & Governance, Communications & Investor Relations, Income & Asset Management, and Estates, Environment & Safety.

The Business Support team also provide a range of Human Resources and administrative services to all areas of the business.
