Our people are every bit as important as our land and central to our success. We have a highly experienced team of property professionals including surveyors, planners, engineers and project managers, as well as finance, legal, communications and support staff.
Following a recent period of growth to regionalise the business, we now employ over 70 people across our three regional offices at Rotherham (Head Office), Birmingham and Manchester, each supporting the Yorkshire & Central, Midlands and North-West regions, respectively, in addition to the North East.
Each of our three regional teams focus on maximising value by developing the land and property across the portfolio. This includes acquisitions, planning and development, value engineering and proactive asset management, thereby bringing sites to market.
A Central Services team also provides a range of support to the regional teams including planning, engineering, building delivery and marketing.
To further help maximise value across our development and income producing sites, we have a number of specialist teams including Finance, Business Space, Natural Resources, Operations, Communications & Investor Relations, and Estates, Environment and Safety.
The Business Support team, located at Rotherham, also provide a range of Human Resources and administrative services to all areas of the business.

Our 2019 Charity Partners
A key part of our ethos is supporting a range of community and charitable projects across the areas in which we work. Towards the end of 2018 we initiated a partnership with two National charities following consultation with our employees – LandAid and The Wildlife Trusts.
