Team Building Initiatives
We believe team work is key to the success of the business so this is something we actively promote amongst our employees. A number of initiatives are in place to assist in the promotion of team work:
Throughout the year we hold business communication sessions, where our CEO discusses activities that have an impact on our employees and the business. This is a formal opportunity for our employees to ask any questions they may have. We also hold quarterly communications sessions to keep all the Harworth team up to date on business developments and workstreams.
Team Building Activities
We hold a series of team building and training exercises throughout the year as part of employee development and employee engagement. This includes an annual staff conference, where staff spend a full day undertaking a series of team and work activities designed to improve their knowledge of the business and to develop their skills beyond their present roles.

We believe employee development is key to our success and growth. Each employee receives funding for CPD memberships and CPD events. We are committed to growing our own talent and building on our excellent employee skill set. We currently have several employees that we are supporting through professional qualifications.
RICS & Apprenticeships
We offer support to employees who are working towards their RICS accreditation. We pay for the course and support employees with training and mentors. We are also pleased to offer apprenticeships at all levels to new and existing employees.
