Etherow Industrial Estate is a prominent multi-let estate situated in North Derbyshire, compromising 200,000 sq ft of office and warehouse accommodation over a total space of 10 acres

Etherow Industrial Estate was originally a single industrial complex that has been sub-divided, extended and modernised to create a multi let industrial estate. Etherow Industrial Estate was acquired by Harworth in June 2019 and we aim to further improve the estate through refurbishment of vacant areas and the creation of additional employment space.

This established estate is strategically located and benefits from superb access to the M67, which links into the Manchester M60 circular motorway.  The site comprises high quality industrial accommodation, open storage compounds and office facilities, all set within an actively managed estate.
