Alastair brings extensive board leadership and governance experience across financial services, real estate, infrastructure and insurance. He has chaired major organisations including Admiral Group, Serco, Towergate Insurance and Welsh Water, and currently chairs Vitality UK. His executive background includes senior roles at Abbey National and NatWest, providing strong expertise in strategy, risk management and stakeholder engagement. Awarded a CBE for services to social security, Alastair also offers valuable public sector insight.
