Joined the Board on 24 March 2015 having previously been a Non-Executive Director of HEPGL from 10 December 2012 and a Director of the Harworth Estates division of UK Coal from January 2011. Last re-elected in May 2018.

If re-elected at the 2019 AGM Anthony will retire from the board on 30 September 2019.

Skills and Experience

After early finance roles with Scottish and Newcastle Breweries from 1986, Anthony joined Morrison Homes Limited as Finance Director in 1990. In 2000 he was appointed Managing Director of Scotland-based AWG Property Limited and was subsequently appointed Chairman. He has consequently overseen the workout and extraction of value from an extensive commercial and residential portfolio across the UK and Ireland and its transformation into a strategic and income generating portfolio.
