Catherine joined Harworth in June 2017 as an interim Human Resources Manager, a role she will take on permanently from 1 January 2018. She looks after all people matters including recruitment, employee development, training, policy matters and developing the HR Strategy. Previously, Catherine has worked for Tesco and PizzaHut at their Head Offices. Latterly, she has worked as a HR consultant for an employment law company, assisting organisations such as Airbus and Vauxhall on complex employment law matters.
