Ian Ball is the Chief Operating Officer and has been with the company since 2014. He has full responsibility for the management of all existing and future income generating assets within the business. Ian is a Chartered Surveyor by background, having worked for a number of European Real Estate funds in London prior to spending the last eight years in the real estate banking sector in the north of England. He was previously a Relationship Director at Barclays Bank, where he had responsibility for a number of their major northern real estate clients.
