Skills and Experience

Lynda brings extensive expertise in property investment, development and strategic leadership, having held a number of senior roles across the real estate and financial services sectors. Most recently, she served as Group Property Director at Town Centre Securities and Divisional CEO, Property at Manchester Airports Group, where she was responsible for major investment portfolios and large-scale developments, including Airport City.

Earlier in her career, Lynda managed real estate portfolios for BT and Co-operative Group, before leading the global real estate lending division at Lloyds Banking Group. She also brings significant governance experience, having previously served as a Non-Executive Director at The Crown Estate and Vivid Housing Association. She currently chairs the BPF Regional Policy Committee.
