Skills and Experience

Martyn brings extensive financial and real estate expertise from a career spanning banking and property development. He was Managing Director of Real Estate Finance at Barclays Capital from 2001 to 2007, leading complex financing transactions across the sector.

Since then, he has pursued a portfolio career, including co-leading the acquisition of Welbeck Land in 2012, where he now serves as Finance Director. Martyn also advises Manhattan Loft Corporation and maintains interests in real estate and healthcare, offering Harworth strong insight into capital structuring, investment strategy and development finance.
