Skills and Experience

Phil has over 35 years of UK and European commercial real estate sector
experience, including more than 10 years in C-suite roles, with a particular
specialism in the high growth industrial and logistics sector. His most recent
executive role was as Chief Executive Officer of pan-European logistics real estate
company, Tritax Eurobox plc, where he led the management team from 2022 up until
the sale of the company to Brookfield in 2024. Phil previously spent 25 years at
SEGRO plc, where he was appointed Chief Investment Officer in 2011 and joined the
SEGRO plc Board as an Executive Director in 2013.
