Phil brings over 35 years of UK and European commercial real estate experience, with particular expertise in the high-growth industrial and logistics sector — a key strategic focus for Harworth. He has held senior leadership roles for more than a decade, most recently as Chief Executive Officer of Tritax Eurobox plc, where he oversaw its £557 million sale to Brookfield in 2024.
Previously, Phil spent 25 years at SEGRO plc, including eight years as Chief Investment Officer, leading investment strategy and capital allocation across Europe.
