Harworth Estates has made two more appointments to support its growing business.
Iain Griffin has joined Harworth’s development division as Development Manager, and will be responsible for the delivery of a number of Harworth’s high-profile developments. Iain is a chartered planning and development surveyor. He previously ran his own independent development management practice, IG Consulting, advising landowners including corporates, industrialists, high wealth private individuals and local authorities. Prior to that Iain was an Associate Director at MLA and a Chartered Surveyor at DTZ.
Jenny Cutler has joined Harworth as Financial Controller. Jenny has responsibility for the day-to-day management of the finance function including financial reporting, planning and analysis, treasury, tax, financial controls and processes. Jenny was the Group Financial Controller at Palletways Group Limited and, prior to that, was an Audit Manager at KPMG. Jenny is a Chartered Accountant and has a Geography and Planning degree.
Over the past year Harworth Estates has made 12 new appointments to support its growth. The company now employs 42 people across its six divisions – Strategic Land, Business S pace, Development, Natural Resources, Technical and Environment, Safety & Estates.
