Two miles from Melton Mowbray, the rail-connected site has circa 16 acres of remaining storage space, as well as a number of existing industrial and office units ranging from 1,335 sq ft to 1,830 sq ft.
At Sinfin Commercial Park, Henard (Edmonton) Limited has agreed an initial one-year lease for 0.78 acres of hardstanding storage space to operate its HGV training courses and for overnight parking.
