David joined Harworth in January 2019 and is the Regional Director for the Midlands with over 25 years’ experience of regeneration in both private and public sector organisations. Previously Director of City Centre and Major Projects Development at Coventry City Council, David has also held senior positions at Black Country Development Corporation, English Partnerships, Advantage West Midlands, St Modwen Properties PLC, AMEC Developments Ltd and Lovell Partnerships Ltd. David is also on a number of external boards including the BCSC Urban Regeneration Panel, the local BID committee for Coventry City Centre, the Investment Advisory Group, and the Investment Property Board of the West Midlands Combined Authority.
