David was appointed by the company in March 2014 and has delivered a range of new commercial units on our land, including at Logistics North and the Advanced Manufacturing Park. He is now the Director of Building Delivery and will be responsible for the delivery of new buildings across some of our key sites, including Waverley, Logistics North and Gateway 36 as we look to grow our income portfolio. David previously worked for St Paul’s developments where he had responsibility for the technical delivery of their key regeneration programmes.
