Duncan joined Harworth Estates in 2007 as a Development Manager and has since been promoted to Associate Director of Major Projects. He is responsible for Harworth Estates’ major developments including the Waverley new community scheme and the North Gawber residential development scheme. Prior to joining Harworth Estates, Duncan, a Chartered Planner, worked at Atisreal in their planning and development team, advising a range of commercial and residential developers. He has also worked for Rotherham MBC as a planning officer.
