Skills and Experience

Kitty brings significant financial leadership and capital markets expertise to Harworth. She previously led finance and operations at Harwood Real Estate, where she also oversaw investor relations and capital markets activity, including leading a fundraising process on the London Stock Exchange Main Market.

Earlier in her career, Kitty worked in banking, specialising in structured real estate finance at Barclays and mezzanine financing across the UK and Europe for DRC Capital. She also brings valuable governance and audit experience through her role as Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair at LondonMetric Property plc.
