Skills and Experience

Marzia brings extensive expertise in sustainability and energy transition, developed over more than 20 years shaping policy and strategy for regulators, businesses and global organisations. She is Deputy Director for Strategy & Decarbonisation at Ofgem and previously held senior roles including Director of Sustainability & Policy at Kaluza Technologies and Director of Insights at the World Energy Council.

Earlier in her career, Marzia spent 11 years with the California Public Utilities Commission, where she led policy and planning initiatives, including California’s Energy Action Plan and smart meter deployment. Her experience in decarbonisation, regulatory frameworks and stakeholder engagement supports Harworth’s commitment to sustainable growth.
