Steven is the Regional Director for the North West and is responsible for Harworth Group’s development and investment projects in the region. Steven joined Harworth in September 2018 and was previously with St Modwen Properties Plc for a period of 14 years progressing from Development Manager through to North West Regional Director for the final five year period. Prior to that he worked for Evans Property Group in a variety of roles across the UK portfolio. Steven is a General Practice Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in both the commercial and residential real estate sector and a broad background of acquisition, disposal, development, investment and asset management.
