Tim joined Harworth in February 2007 heading up our Strategic Land Team responsible for the planning and promotion of new development opportunities. He joined from William Davis Ltd, a privately owned Midlands-based developer where he held the position of Urban Regeneration Director. Prior to this Tim, who is a Chartered Surveyor, held a senior position within the Midlands office of English Partnerships where he was involved in a number of high profile regeneration schemes across the region. Tim is also a member of the RICS planning policy panel.
