Andy Walton, Managing Director of BCC Engineering said: “Bilsthorpe Business Park is in an ideal location. It is well managed and in an attractive environment and we look forward to making it our new home.”
Bilsthorpe Business Park extends to 69 acres and comprises more than 100,000 sq ft of good-value industrial and office property. Uses on site include storage and distribution, light manufacturing, engineering, coal/shale stockholding and power export. Although all the existing units have now been let there is a large amount of land available for design and build projects.
