Harworth Estates is bringing forward plans for a residential development comprising up to 600 new homes located to the North of William Nadin Way in Swadlincote.
The plans for residential development are on three parcels of land in an area between Park Road, Burton Road and William Nadin Way, set adjacent to a Golf Course and Driving Range that are currently under construction.
A range of community facility improvements are also proposed through the development for the benefit of the local community, including an upgrade of the Oversetts Road recreation area and pedestrian link improvements to the town.
Harworth Estates will be holding a consultation event this Monday (7th July) between 4PM and 8PM at the Old Post Centre, High Street, Newhall, where local residents and other interested parties can view the proposed scheme and speak to the development team in more detail. Harworth is keen to canvass the views of as many people as possible prior to the submission of an outline planning application to South Derbyshire District Council.
