Income Generation
The Income Generation team reports to Ian Ball and includes our Business Space, Building Delivery, Natural Resources and Operations team. This part of the business focuses on retaining selected land and property assets to generate growth and a long-term recurring income steam from directly-built commercial units, our seven business parks, rent generated from low-carbon energy sources and from the sale of minerals and aggregates.
