Regeneration of a brownfield site that has been identified by Chesterfield Borough Council’s Local Plan as a strategic site to deliver new homes, employment and extensive green space to the community.

Significant milestone in the regeneration of the historic industrial area – the former Stewartby & Kempston brickworks – into a new community of up to 1,000 homes, school and community facilities.

Adjoining Sherwood Forest, the regeneration of the former Thoresby colliery into Thoresby Vale comprising up to 800 new homes, a new forest school, a 350-acre country park alongside light commercial and leisure space.

Set within the National Forest, Cadley Park comprises 600 new homes, a 50-acre country park, two 9-hole golf courses, a driving range and complementary commercial and leisure facilities.

Less than 2km from the centre of St Helens, this brownfield regeneration site has previously stood derelict for several decades. The development includes a major spine road to provide a more safe and direct route to and from the town centre, in addition to the creation of new sports pitches to Sport England standards.

Regeneration of the former Ironbridge Power Station into a mixed-use development comprising 1,000 new homes, alongside a range of commercial, leisure and community uses.
