Riccall Business Park is going from strength to strength with another two deals completed – bringing to the total number of units occupied to over 20.
Unit A3 of the recently refurbished Amenity Block has been taken by Northern Polymers Ltd – a local plastic packaging manufacturer. In addition, the Pavilion at the Business Park and its associated football pitch has been taken on a long-term lease by Riccall United FC – a club affiliated to the East Riding County FA with teams from Under-7 level through to a senior squad in the York league. Both tenants took space owing to the competitive cost of relocating to the Park versus other sites across the County.
