Harworth Estates Signs Four Leases at its Business Parks

Harworth Estates has signed four leases at two of its business parks in Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire, reflecting continued business confidence in the regions.

At Harworth Park in Harworth, Nottinghamshire, Harworth has leased:
• Unit G9 – 202 sq ft of office space to Future Energy Savings, a start-up company within the energy performance sector. The unit, taken on a three-year lease, will act as a call centre; and
• Unit G7 – 146 sq ft of office space to FE Calling on a three-year lease.

At Asfordby Business Park near Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, Harworth has leased two units to Speed Agility & Quickness International, a company which offers training solutions, bespoke consultancy services and supplies sports equipment. Unit B – 1,800 sq ft of office space – will act as their main office, whilst Unit C6 -1,837 sq. ft of storage space – will act as a storage unit for the company’s sports equipment.

The four lease agreements follow Harworth’s rollout of more than £1 million of capital expenditure works to improve its business park space across the north of England and the Midlands, including upgraded office space and high-quality landscaping.
