Harworth Estates Completes Lettings in Business Parks Portfolio

Harworth Estates has secured new lettings at two of its business parks in Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire, reflecting increased business confidence in the regions.

At Riccall Business Park in North Yorkshire, Harworth has leased 881 sq ft of office space to WFL UK, an oil and gas distributor, on a five-year lease.

At Bilsthorpe Business Park in Nottinghamshire, Ultimate Print has renewed a five-year lease for 3,177 sq ft of industrial space at a yearly rent of £15,500. Ultimate Print provides print services throughout Nottinghamshire and the UK.

Riccall Business Park is located in Riccall which is south of York City Centre. It is situated within close reach of the A19, providing access to the wider motorway network via the M62.

Bilsthorpe Business Park is a 104-acre development in north Nottinghamshire, with close links to the A614, providing connections to the M1, 15 miles to the west, and the A1, 12 miles to the north.
