Harworth Estates Secures More Deals at its Business Parks

Harworth Estates has completed three new leases at Asfordby Business Park in Leicestershire, reflecting increasing demand for good-quality business space across the north of England and the Midlands.

Regional car dealership, Sandicliffe, has renewed its lease on Unit H (5,500 sq ft) and Plot 1 and Plot 5 (4.9 acres) at the park for a further five years, with the site being used for vehicle storage prior to being distributed for sale.  Steel Fabricator, TT Services, has also renewed its lease on Unit C2a (3,233 sq ft) for a further five years.

In addition, CS Contracting Ltd, a local business specialising in industrial paint spraying, has signed a new lease for Unit C5b (686 sq ft) on a three-year term.  All of the completed deals were negotiated by appointed agent, Lambert Smith Hampton.

These are the latest in a series of deals announced by Harworth Estates’ Business Space division this year, following the full letting of Bilsthorpe Business Park in January, further lettings at Riccall Business Park in March and deals with Living Power Ltd at Whitemoor Business Park at the end of April.

Liz Askam, Property Manager at Harworth Estates, said “These new leases at Asfordby reflect the latent demand for units and land at the park among both local and regional businesses.  As a result, we only have one industrial unit of 1,837 sq. ft remaining available to let.”
