We implement innovative residential, mixed use and industrial development schemes to support the economic regeneration of the North of England and the Midlands.

Our key projects reflect that our core skill is in working with a range of Partner organisations to create a strategic vision for redundant sites in industrial heartlands in order to create places where people want to be. We then deliver detailed planning approvals, apply value engineering principles in developing this land and invest in on-site infrastructure to increase the marketability of selected parts of our portfolio for a range of uses.

On a number of our key projects such as Logistics North in Bolton, we have further increased the value that we create by directly developing new commercial development, either for eventual sale or for retention in order to grow our recurring income base.

The effect of these developments is profound and long term. They support the sustainable growth that is needed to transform local economies, while delivering significant returns to partners and investors.  It is estimated that our developments could deliver £2.9bn in Gross Value Added to the national economy if fully developed, whilst delivering tens of thousands of new homes, millions of square feet of commercial space and over 300MW of installed capacity from low-carbon sources on our land.
