Bennerley

Located in Nottinghamshire, the Bennerley site is a former coal disposal point which has been cleared of all the former buildings and is ready for development. The site has excellent road connections and is located adjacent to the A610 and A6096 and within 5 minutes of Junction 26 of the M1. It has an existing rail connection to the Midlands Mainline.

It is approximately 20 hectares (50 acres) and is flat and rectangular in shape.
Gas, electricity and water supplies are available at the boundary to the site within Shilo Way.

The site is being promoted through Broxtowe Local Plan process for rail connected employment uses.
