Two timelapse cameras have gone live at Logistics North in Bolton to document the build of the North West’s largest live industrial development.
Installed by Reach Timelapse in the middle of October, these solar-powered cameras will track the construction of Aldi’s new North West Distribution Hub – a 450,000 sq. ft building over 35 acres that will be completed in 2016. The continuation of ground and infrastructure works will also be recorded several times a day.
Logistics North is the North West’s largest live industrial scheme, covering 250 acres of high-quality employment space capable of accommodating 4m sq. ft of manufacturing and distribution units. A 550 acre country park also forms part of the scheme and will offer local residents and those working on-site a range of leisure facilities, including footpaths, bridleways, cycleways, woodland areas and ponds.
