Just a week later on the 19th September, our Yorkshire region were recognised as worthy winners for the ‘Developer of the Year’ award at the Yorkshire Insider Property Awards, held at the New Dock Hall in Leeds. The award was given for the ongoing regeneration success of various schemes across the region including Waverley, the Advanced Manufacturing Park, Pheasant Hill Park and Prince of Wales.

“It’s excellent to be recognised for our placemaking capabilities, helping to regenerate large parts of the North of England and the Midlands. All of the projects cited have at least a decade of further work to complete, also emphasising the long-term nature of the work we do as a business.”
